iWant: Two awesome contemporary modern sofas
As I said before – and I’ll probably repeat it a lot -, I’m a fool for contemporary modern design. This includes furniture. I found six awesome contemporary modern sofas for the living room. Some are really cheap, some are not, but they look great and if you can imagine them in yur living room, then you perfectly understand what I’m talking about.
Baxton Studio Quadrato Convertible Sofa
If you ever enjoyed mid-century-modernism, you definitly know what a cool sofa looks like. What’s really cool about MCM is the colours designers used. Beige, orange, tones of green, tones of brown and lots of bright colors, as a matter of fact. Mid-century used to be a time of optimism and that is defined by colours. Imagine your home in bright colors with a black leather accent in your living room. Well, this sofa has no leather. Because we love being green, we love leatherette too. And it’s pretty affordable.

Futon Sofa Bed Contemporary Style
The other contemporary modern sofa I found is a Futon Sofa Bed. Just like the first one, the material is not leather, but leatherette, all on a hardwood frame. This sofa can easily be transformed into a two-person bed. The only ugly thing is its weight. It’s not less than 101 pounds, shipping weight. But there’s the good thing, and that’s the price. It’s more than affordable for its looks and feel.
