		<description>I enjoyed reading this list. You&#039;ve pretty much nailed it.

I use TweetDeck, and while I do follow a lot of people... admittedly as part of a &quot;popularity drive&quot;... I do try and pay attention to my Twitter stream, and if I find people who actually &quot;add value&quot; to my stream, they go into a priority column.

The rest (the constant Zig Ziglar quoters, and the affiliate link pushers) generally remain in the stream of clutter.

In my opinion, the best way of standing out from the crowd is to actually be outstanding from the crowd :)
